This Tec Pura shower valve incorporate thermostatic control with the most up to date design, it is an ultimate extension of the Tec crosshead and lever bathroom tap collections and offer great choice and flexibility. The concealing plates can be installed horizontally or vertically to fit your bathroom.
These recessed valves also feature an invaluable anti scald feature. This includes automatic shut off in the event of cold water failure. They also have a maximum temperature safety stop at 38°c with an override button facility.
With this shower valve the top handle controls water flow to a single outlet and the bottom handle controls your temperature. It is ideal for use with a choice from our wide range of fixed shower heads and shower kits. Please remember if using a shower kit with this valve you will also need a wall outlet elbow.
The height of the chrome backplate is 215mm and its width is 120mm. It requires a 71-86mm cavity to the face of your tiles and it projects 68mm from the plate to the front of the handles.
The Hudson Reed Tec Pura thermostatic dual control shower valve is suitable for use with medium and high pressure water systems and requires a minimum operating pressure of 0.5bar.
