Please Note: All transactions within a Tapstore.com website will be deducted from your payment card and invoiced by East Grinstead Bathrooms and Kitchens Limited. All policies and terms and conditions are referenced as Tapstore.com.
There are no hidden charges on our website.
* please note this excludes our Crosswater and Bauhaus products (see below).
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible with most areas of the UK covered by a flat rate delivery charge of £7.98 per order*.
* (Mainland UK Only, excludes some post codes and Bauhaus Brand - see below). The delivery charge for your order is clearly shown in 'Your shopping'.
There is an additional charge of £25.00 for deliveries to the following Post Codes (bringing the total delivery charge to £32.98):
FK17 to FK21
HS1 to HS9
KA27 to KA28
PA20 to PA99
PH17 to PH99
All IM, IV, KW and ZE Post Codes
There is an additional charge of £30.00 for deliveries to the following Post Codes (bringing the total delivery charge to £37.98):
All BT, D, GY, JE, IE and TR21 - TR25 Post Codes
Subject to stock availability you should expect to receive your goods within 2 - 10 working days*. Delivery can be made to alternative addresses (e.g. Your work address), although we will still require the address at which your payment card is registered.
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).
Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Bristan Products - Next Day Delivery
We are now offering a Next Working Day Delivery service for all Bristan Product orders. The following terms apply;
Orders must be placed before 3.30pm - Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If your Bristan order is placed after 3.30pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays and just before Christmas, please allow an extra two working days
This service applies to Mainland UK addresses only, it excludes those outlying area post codes detailed above and does not apply to overseas orders.
This service is subject to stock availability, if an item is out of stock we will always endeavour to notify you before close of business on that same working day. If you have a critically urgent requirement we always recommend to contact our Customer Services Department on 0843 658 0062.
This service applies to orders that include Bristan products only, if your order includes products from additional manufacturers we cannot guarantee next day delivery. We will always try to help, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0843 658 0062, there maybe an additional charge for this service .
Crosswater and Bauhaus Products
We are currently running a promotion on our Crosswater and Bauhaus Brands, Any orders within Mainland UK (excluding the above mentioned postcodes) will receive FREE DELIVERY on all orders OVER £50.00.
Crosswater Special Charges
Orders received from customers within the above excluded postcodes for Crosswater Products will be charged 25.00 or 30.00 respectively see above post code list, on orders over £50.00.
Bauhaus Special Charges
The following delivery charges apply to all Bauhaus Orders
There is a charge of £60.00 for deliveries to the following Post Codes:
FK17 to FK21
HS1 to HS9
KA27 to KA28
PA20 to PA99
PH17 to PH99
All IV, KW and ZE Post Codes
There is a charge of £120.00 for deliveries to the following Post Codes:
All BT, D, GY, JE, IM, IE and TR21 - TR25 Post Codes
If you have an urgent requirement please contact our Sales Office on 0843 658 0062 as we can on most occasions accommodate urgent or Overnight deliveries, although there may be an additional charge for this service.
How We Deliver
Generally orders shipped by us are delivered by courier (usually Parcelforce), smaller products are sometimes delivered by post.
Many orders are delivered direct by our manufacturers and distributors, they can utilise a variety of couriers including DPD, UPS, TNT and UKMail
Occasionally different products in the same order may be delivered separately.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays and just before Christmas, please allow an extra two working days.
Deliveries for standard products should usually arrive within 2 to 10 working days of placing your order, however, some products are special order (these are clearly marked) and can take around 21 working days to arrive. For these products you will be told about delivery dates as part of the order process.
If we, our suppliers or manufacturers are temporarily out of stock of any products, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date of these products. If items are out of stock and you would rather not wait you will always be offered the option to cancel your order.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
